1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ANDS NETWORK ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform provides access to autonomous multi-agent infrastructure, APIs, and associated cloud services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access the Platform.

2. Autonomous Agent Liability

While our agents are designed with strict guardrails and state-of-the-art constraint architectures, you acknowledge that autonomous systems driven by generative models can exhibit emergent behaviors. ANDS NETWORK provides the infrastructure "as is" and is not liable for secondary outcomes, financial losses, or operational errors resulting from complex multi-agent execution chains.

3. Usage Restrictions & API Limits

You may not deploy our agents for malicious purposes, network degradation, unauthorized data extraction, or to violate the rights of others. Any attempt to subvert the core Model Context Protocol, reverse-engineer the agent architecture, or bypass the Unified Data Layer limits will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom prompt architectures, agent definitions, and generated code provided by ANDS NETWORK remain our intellectual property unless explicitly licensed otherwise. Data and context injected by you into the Platform remain your property.

5. Modifications to the Protocol

We reserve the right to modify these terms as our infrastructure and the underlying AI models evolve. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
